Spearfishing Superstore offers a simple and straightforward returns policy, because customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Spearfishing Superstore’s returns policy is easy: It’s a ninety (90) day money-back guarantee for any gear purchased either through our online store, or our shopfront in Cairns. In order to take advantage of our returns policy, products must be new, unused and have the tags attached.

Unfortunately, for logistical reasons our money-back returns policy does not extend to shipping costs (including shipping insurance if purchased), any perishable items, or products purchased in clearance sales.

  1. Can I cancel or change my order?

Prior to processing and shipping, it is not a problem to cancel or change your order. Just give the Spearfishing Superstore team a ring on (07) 4095 6776 and quote your order reference number.

If your order has already been processed we will be unable to cancel it; however, you might be able to take advantage of our ninety (90) day returns policy.

 

  1. How do I return a product?

To return a Spearfishing Superstore product in accordance with our returns policy, securely pack the product(s) into a post-bag. Please include in the post-bag a detailed note setting out the reasons for the return, a copy (not the original) of your receipt and clear directions about whether you would like a refund or an exchange (including details about exactly what you would like to exchange for).

If you are seeking an exchange, Spearfishing Superstore recommends that you include a pre-addressed return post-bag to avoid incurring additional postage costs. Alternatively, if you would like to arrange delivery, we are able to do so at your expense, and will contact you for payment.

When returning Spearfishing Superstore products it is important that you use registered post (or another tracked delivery method) in order to track your return parcel. Spearfishing Superstore is not liable for any loss or damage during transit.

Spearfishing Superstore only accepts returns of new and unused items. If your items are used or damaged, please contact the store without delay on (07) 4035 6776.  We ask that you refrain from returning the used or damaged products until after you have spoken to a Spearfishing Superstore staff member.

 

  1. Can I change the size of a product that I have purchased?

In accordance with the terms of our returns policy, you can easily exchange your product for a different size, a different model or a full refund.

  1. Can I return a product that I purchased using a Spearfishing Superstore gift voucher?

You can return a product purchased using a gift voucher provided you can present the receipt, as well as ensure the product being returned is new, unused and with the tags attached. You will be refunded the amount in either store-credit or another gift voucher.

 

  1. Can I exchange or return a product purchased during a clearance sale?

Any products purchased during clearance sales are unable able to be returned or exchanged.

Spearfishing Superstore will make an exception if a product purchased during a clearance sale is defective.
